Facts: We see here a case brought by the lawyers' disciplinary authorities. This attorney was convicted of criminal charges relating to foreign travel to have sex with a minor. He lived in London and was convicted in Pennsylvania. We don't know any more details from this decision.

However, CBS News reports that he took a young male dancer from the Bolshoi Ballet in Russia under his care. There he made the boy, essentially, his sex slave. He brought the boy back to Philadelphia, where he was busted, and received a 15-year prison sentence. Schneider claimed he was innocent and that he never had sex with the young man. The Pennsylvania judge didn't believe him. This lawyer was also ordered to pay restitution damages of $35,000 to pay for the young man's counseling.

Regarding his law license, Schneider countered that he was appealing his conviction. However, he has been convicted of a felony. The rule is, if a lawyer is convicted of a felony, he or she is automatically disbarred -- that means they lose their license to practice law.

Held: This attorney is disbarred.
